Our Recruiters do the basics of understanding the background of the client organization, their service offerings and source the right profile based on the Job Description as detailed by the client. They source the profile through various ways viz., Online and Social Media, Job Boards, Networking, Personal referrals, and Focused Passive Jobseeker hunting and proprietary database.


Our complete screening process is helpful in determining the skills, experience, attitude and fit of each of our candidates. This process ranges from an initial telephonic/ in-person meeting to a complete reference and background investigation as needed by the customer.

Interviewing & Negotiating

Upon successful screening, the prospect undergoes interview assessment/test as per our client requirement. Client has an advantage to finish this process with ease as most of the shortlisting essentials are checked beforehand by our team.
